Trigger

Working dogs have a special place in everyone’s hearts at Fitzpatricks, and two-year-old police dog Trigger is greeted with open arms, arriving with Met Police dog handler Rob. After an operation elsewhere for a stomach torsion, Trigger began experiencing problems with his lower back (lumbosacral spine), where his sciatic nerves were being compressed causing significant pain. Noel diagnoses degenerative lumbosacral stenosis (DLSS), a genetically predisposed condition.

Feisty three-month-old kitten Fury is brought to Fitzpatricks with a suspected tibia injury, sustained during boisterous playtime at home.

Meet one-year-old Shepadoodle Raven, whose personality is even bigger than this gentle giant’s frame. His family realised early on that there was something badly wrong when Raven started limping and their local vet diagnosed double hip dysplasia when still only a few months old.
