Maya
Beautiful Malamute/Husky Cross rescue Maya was hit by a train when she was three years old, suffering huge trauma and losing one of her front feet. Her dad, Tom, was devastated, but thankfully Maya made it through.
The Problem
Now, four years on, she is suffering with osteoarthritis in both hip joints due to dysplasia, and finds walking on three legs increasingly difficult.
Treatment
Noel works with his colleague Alan, who is a prosthetist to try and create a unique stump socket prosthetic foot for Maya based on a CT scan of her leg, to try get her back on four feet again.
