Summary
Spring ushers in a powerful new season of The Supervet, the hugely popular series in which the brilliant and empathetic ‘bionic vet’, Professor Noel Fitzpatrick and his team provide cutting-edge care and compassionate support for both animals and their human families
The new season sees Noel and his team facing some of their most emotional and technically challenging cases to date.
Clyde
Ken has travelled through the night to bring his much-loved Doberman, Clyde, down from Cumbria especially to see Professor Noel Fitzpatrick. Clyde is suffering with a severely diseased spinal cord that will continue to deteriorate if he doesn’t undergo surgery. It will be a high-risk operation but if Clyde doesn’t receive the treatment he needs he may face euthanasia.
Rocco
There’s an emergency admission when four-year-old Cocker Spaniel, Rocco, is rushed in after being hit by a car. His right hind foot has been badly crushed and now Caroline faces a very tough decision.
Mario
Lionhead Rabbit, Mario, is brought in with a broken ankle. His family agree for the surgery to go ahead, but it’s a challenging operation for Noel as Mario’s tiny bones are smaller than matchsticks
